What Compounding Journey is

A financial education site: articles, a glossary, calculators, simulators and spreadsheet templates about personal finance, long-term investing and the psychology of money. Its purpose is to explain how things work so that whoever reads it can decide better on their own.

Sandy Bradbury works as a financial educator, permanently: that is the role, not a stage on the way to another one. Sandy neither practices nor holds themselves out as an accredited financial adviser. Any professional qualification obtained in future will serve only to back the rigor of that educational work — it does not make the content advice, and no advisory service follows from it.

It follows that:

  • This site does not provide regulated investment services — no investment advice, portfolio management, order handling, or placing of financial instruments, in the sense Spanish and European law reserve those terms.
  • It is not registered with or supervised by the Spanish securities regulator (CNMV) or any other financial authority, because it carries out no activity requiring that registration.
  • No personal recommendations are given. No article takes account of the reader's own situation, and no calculator knows your case.
  • Nobody's money is managed or held here. This site will never ask you to transfer funds for investment. If someone does so in its name, it is a fraud: write to me.
